Terms of Service / Wholesale Agreement

This site is for B2B wholesale only. By submitting an order you request a Proforma Invoice; no online payment is taken.

Payment is by T/T wire transfer against the Proforma Invoice (or agreed Net terms). Freight & duties are quoted on the PI.

Incoterm responsibility: under DDP we act as importer; under EXW/FOB the buyer is responsible for destination clearance.

Dealer IP use: approved dealers may use product images/marks solely to resell genuine LUCKY EMMA goods; no sub-branding or modification.

MAP: dealers agree not to advertise below the minimum advertised price where set.
