1How do I order?+
Apply for a wholesale account (business license required). Once approved, sign in to see tiered pricing, add to cart, and submit an order — we then issue a Proforma Invoice.
2How do I pay?+
No online payment. Pay by T/T wire transfer against the Proforma Invoice (or agreed Net terms). Upload your remittance slip and we confirm receipt before shipping.
3What's the MOQ?+
Minimum order quantity is set per product/packaging tier and per dealer tier — shown on each product.
4How is shipping handled?+
We ship worldwide from China (sea / air / express). Freight & duties are quoted on the Proforma Invoice, not at checkout.
5Do you provide certifications & assets?+
Yes — EN71/CPSIA/CE/UKCA reports and marketing assets are available to approved dealers.
